All membership levels receive the electronic version of our newsletter, and with your permission your name will appear in bold print on our membership page.
We also welcome all contributions of any amount.
In an effort to reward individuals for the purchase of memberships in Main Street Calumet, it was decided to create miniature images of ornaments that depict Calumet's historic buildings. Therefore in 2005, St Anne's church was the first building selected for this project. It was decided that once the membership year ended, a new building ornament would be created. The old ornament would be retired and offered for sale.
Each ornament sculpture is framed within a circular laurel wreath that measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter. The entire ornament measures 31/2 x 31/2 inches. A metal hook is attached to the top through which a ribbon is threaded. The ornament includes a stand that is suitable for display. It is eloquently packaged in a black velvet lined 4 ¼ inch square box. This and subsequent ornaments are must haves for those who love the beautiful historic buildings of downtown Calumet.
Due to budget constraints Main Street Calumet found it necessary to discontinue premium mugs and ornaments in 2011.
